Our Policies

No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are more than 5-10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows impact our ability to accommodate other clients, and as such, they are subject to our deposit and cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a retained deposit if one was collected. If a client has repeated cancellations, we reserve the right to require a deposit in order to schedule future appointments.

Deposit Policy
Some services require a deposit, which will be collected at the time of scheduling. If a deposit has been taken and you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will retain the deposit. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to provide the best service to all of our clients.

Pet Policy
We welcome service animals in accordance with ADA regulations; however, non-service animals are not permitted on the premises to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Service animals must wear their appropriate attire while in our facility. Failure to comply with this policy may result in you or your pet being escorted from the premises.

Product Return Policy

  • All makeup and beauty product sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Skincare products may be exchanged or returned for product credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are at least 75% full. Proof of purchase may be required for all returns and exchanges.
