Our Client Portal allows for you to access your appointment history, invoices, and consents/forms you need to fill out.

First Time Users

Click the Client Portal Login link below and click Create A New Account. Be sure to enter the same contact information as you have given our staff. If you have difficulty, call us for assistance.

Returning Users
